Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Leverage Systems (“we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you submit a website address for a scan, fill in a form, or book a call, we receive what you type, which may include your name, email address, company name and website.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This records pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site.

Advertising measurement. Where enabled, we use the Meta pixel to measure the performance of advertising. This tells us that a visit or enquiry followed an advertisement.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver a report or scan you have asked for, to measure how the site and our advertising perform, and to improve both. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to operate the site: a hosting provider, an email delivery service, a calendar booking service, and the analytics and advertising tools named above. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function.

Documents processed during an engagement

This is worth stating plainly, because it is the question our clients ask most. Systems we install for clients run on the client’s own hardware. We do not receive, store or process client documents on our own systems, and installed systems do not transmit document contents to us or to anyone else. Where we are given temporary access during installation, that access is initiated by the client and can be ended by the client at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period of the analytics provider.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to elena.thorne@getleveragesystems.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Cookies

The analytics and advertising tools described above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
